Tender Awards - announced on 22/01/14

Route 395 - Re-awarded to Metroline, with 4 existing fleet single deckers. Contract commences on 06/09/14.

Route 661 - Re-awarded to London Central, with 1 existing fleet double decker. Contract commences on 04/10/14.

Route 669 - Re-awarded to London Central, with 2 existing fleet double deckers. Contract commences on 04/10/14.

Route 672 - Re-awarded to Stagecoach Selkent, with 2 existing fleet double deckers. Contract commences on 06/09/14.

Route H13 - Re-awarded to London Sovereign, with 5 existing fleet single deckers and 1 new single decker. Contract commences on 06/09/14.

Route 4 [Metroline - HT] - New timetable to improve reliability.

Route 53 [Stagecoach Selkent - PD] - New timetable to improve punctuality at night.

Route 92 [Metroline - G] - New Monday to Friday and Saturday timetables to improve reliability.

Route 96 [Stagecoach Selkent - PD] - Contract retained by Stagecoach London with existing fleet double decker buses. New Alexander Dennis E40H Enviro400 double deckers are on order, with delivery starting in late February. New timetable to improve punctuality.

Route 117 [Abellio - TF] - New timetable to improve reliability using a bus from route 290 in the PM peak.

Route 122 [Stagecoach Selkent - PD] - Minor timetable alterations on Saturdays and Sundays.

Route 128 [Arriva - DX] - New timetable to improve reliability. PVR +1 to 14.

Route 134 [Metroline - HT] - New timetable to improve reliability. PVR +2 to 32.

Route 177 [Stagecoach Selkent - PD] - New Monday to Friday timetable to improve reliability during the morning peak.

Route 201 [London General - AL] - Temporary timetable withdrawn and previous timetable introduced following cessation of diversion in Herne Hill.

Route 229 [London Central - BX] - New timetable to improve reliability.

Route 290 [Abellio - TF] - New timetable to improve reliability. PVR +1 to 7.

Route 308 [Tower Transit - LI] - Re-routed from Leyton Road via Penny Brookes Street, Montfichet Road, Stratford City, Montfichet Road, International Way, Stratford International Station, Celebration Avenue, East Village and Temple Mills Lane [north] instead of Leyton Road, High Road Leyton and Ruckholt Road. Also extended from Clapton Park to Lea Bridge Roundabout via Chatsworth Road [north]. Frequency increased to every 12 minutes Monday to Saturday daytimes, 20 minutes evenings and Sundays. PVR +3 to 12.

Route 401 [London Central - BX] - New timetable to improve punctuality.

Route 422 London Central - BX] - New timetable to improve reliability.

Route 428 [Arriva - DT] - Contract retained by Arriva Kent Thameside with 8 existing fleet single deckers, including one 10.8m Alexander Dennis Enviro 200 from route 256. No change to the timetable.

Route 455 [Metrobus - BC] - New timetable to improve punctuality.

Route 472 [Stagecoach Selkent - PD] - Contract retained by Stagecoach London with existing fleet double decker buses. New Alexander Dennis E40H Enviro400 double deckers are on order, with delivery expected in March & April. New timetable to improve reliability.

Route 601 [Stagecoach Selkent - PD] - Contract retained by Stagecoach London with 4 existing fleet double deckers.

Route 602 [Stagecoach Selkent - PD] - Contract retained by Stagecoach London with 2 existing fleet double deckers.

Route 625 [London Central - BX] - New timetable to improve punctuality.

Route B11 [London Central - BX] - New timetable to improve punctuality.

Route B15 [ ] - Contract retained by Arriva Kent Thameside with six 10.8m Alexander Dennis Enviro 200 single deckers from route 256. No change to the timetable.

Route H28 [Abellio - WS] - New timetable to improve punctuality.

Route N21 [London Central - BX & NX] - New timetable to improve punctuality.

Route N89 [London Central - BX] - New timetable to improve punctuality.

Route 181 [Metrobus - MB] - Owing to road works in Hither Green Lane, temporarily diverted towards Lewisham from Torridon Road via Brownhill Road, Plassy Road, Sangley Road, Rushey Green and Lewisham High Street, returning via Lewisham High Street, Rushey Green and Brownhill Road.

Route 201 [London General - AL] - Owing to railway works in Croxted Road, temporarily diverted towards Herne Hill via Turney Road, Dulwich Village, Village Way and Half Moon Lane, returning via Half Moon Lane, Burbage road and Turney Road.

Route 225 [London Central - AL] - Owing to road works in Hither Green Lane, temporarily diverted towards Canada Water via Torridon Road, Brownhill Road, Plassy Road, Sangley Road, Rushey Green and Lewisham High Street, returning via Lewisham High Street, Rushey Green, Brownhill Road, Torridon Road and Hither Green Lane to Duncrievie Road.

[First Berkshire] - Five new Volvo 7900H hybrid single deckers have been delivered for the “7 Series” routes at Slough Garage [SL]. VSH69930 & VSH69933 are in service and the remainder are expected to be in service soon.

[London United] - Delivery continues for twenty eight new H40/22T ‘New Bus for London’ buses for the conversion of route 148 at Shepherds Bush Garage [S] on 15/02/14. Most of those delivered are in store, but some have been delivered to Shepherds Bush Garage for crew training. UW 12230kgs. Those noted as ‘delivered’ have been reported from weekend arrivals at Heysham. It is quite possible that LT122, LT123, LT124, LT139 & LT140 have also been delivered on midweek arrivals.

[London United] - A special silver ‘New Routemaster’ (NBFL) has been delivered this week in commemoration of, “2014 - The Year of the Bus”. It is not yet known whether this bus will be allocated to route 9 from Stamford Brook Garage [V] or route 148 from Shepherds Bush Garage [S].
