Due to some iBus / Countdown errors last week, the following buses did not show as in service, when they actually were in service. This note is to confirm that all the new H37/24D Alexander Dennis E40H Enviro 400 hybrid double deckers (EH21-EH38) are in service.

Route 38 [Arriva AE & CT] - Owing to closure of Mare Street to traffic, diverted towards Victoria via Dalston Lane and Amhurst Road. New timetable with a later start towards Victoria on Saturdays and Sundays - see route N38. The supplementary service operated by "New Bus for London" vehicles withdrawn and vehicles used instead on the main schedule. PVR changed CT -5 to 52 & AE -2 to 5.

Route 48 [Stagecoach East London - T] - Owing to closure of Mare Street to traffic, diverted towards London Bridge via Dalston Lane and Amhurst Road. New timetable with Monday to Saturday daytime service reduced from every 7-8 minutes to every 8 minutes and Sunday afternoons from every 12 minutes to every 12-13 minutes.

Route 55 [Stagecoach East London - T] - Owing to closure of Mare Street to traffic, diverted towards Oxford Circus via Dalston Lane and Amhurst Road. New timetable. PVR +1 to 31.

Route 65 [London United - FW] - New timetable to improve reliability on night service, which will have a PVR of +1 to 5.

Route 71 [London United - FW] - Minor timetable alterations on Saturdays.

Route 106 [Arriva - AE] - Owing to closure of Mare Street to traffic, diverted towards Whitechapel via Dalston Lane and Amhurst Road. New timetable. PVR +1 to 17.

Route 242 [Arriva - CT] - Owing to closure of Mare Street to traffic, diverted towards Tottenham Court Road Station via Dalston Lane and Amhurst Road. New timetable.

Route 253 [Arriva - SF] - Owing to closure of Mare Street to traffic, diverted towards Hackney via Dalston Lane and Amhurst Road. New timetable incorporating Monday to Friday AM peak service restored from every 5-6 minutes to every 5 minutes.

Route 254 [Arriva - AE] - Owing to closure of Mare Street to traffic, diverted towards Aldgate via Dalston Lane and Amhurst Road. New timetable. PVR +1 to 30.

Route 394 [CT Plus - HK] - Owing to closure of Mare Street to traffic, diverted towards Islington via Dalston Lane and Amhurst Road. New timetable. PVR +1 to 11.

Route 406 [Quality Line - EB] - New Monday to Friday timetable to improve punctuality.

Route 455 [Abellio - BC] - Temporarily withdrawn between Old Lodge Lane and Reedham Fire Station owing to road works - see route 599.

Route 465 [Quality Line - EB] - New timetable to improve punctuality.

Route 574 [Blue Triangle - BE] - Temporary route operated by Blue Triangle from Rainham garage using a 10.2m single decker. Serves London City Airport/North Woolwich/Beckton area from Beckton Bus Station to North Woolwich via route 474. Every 15 minutes (20 minutes evenings and Sundays).

Route 599 [Abellio - BC] - Temporary free shuttle service operated by Abellio with 1 single decker between Old Lodge Lane and Reedham station during road works in Old Lodge Lane. Every 20 minutes Monday to Saturday daytimes, 30 evenings and Sundays.

Route 641 [Quality Line - EB] - New timetable to improve punctuality.

Route D6 [Docklands Buses - SI] - Owing to closure of Mare Street to traffic, withdrawn between Hackney and Mare Street/Bush Road. New timetable.

Route N38 [Arriva - CT] - Owing to closure of Mare Street to traffic, diverted towards Victoria via Dalston Lane and Amhurst Road. New timetable incorporating later journeys on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Route N55 [Stagecoach East London - T] - Owing to closure of Mare Street to traffic, diverted towards Oxford Circus via Dalston Lane and Amhurst Road. No other change to the timetable.

Route N253 [Arriva - SF] - Owing to closure of Mare Street to traffic, diverted towards Aldgate via Dalston Lane and Amhurst Road. No other change to the timetable.

Route S1 [Quality Line - EB] - New timetable to improve punctuality.

Route W15 [First - LI] - Owing to closure of Mare Street to traffic, withdrawn between Hackney Town Hall and Hackney Central. New timetable incorporating a later journey towards Cogan Avenue, and also with a slightly later start towards Cogan Avenue on Mondays to Saturdays.

[First] - Ten new H41/24D Alexander Dennis Enviro400 double deckers have now been delivered for the new contract on route 425 from Lea Interchange Garage [LI], commencing on 06/07/13. When the contract starts, the First operations will have transferred to Tower Transit, so these buses may never see service with First. It is understood that the buses delivered so far do not carry any operator decals. All the buses are registered for service.

[Metroline] - Delivery continues for the new H40/22T "New Bus for London" buses for route 24. UW 12640 kgs. The buses are being delivered to CELF and from there to Perivale East [PV] to be stored until required for service on 22/06/13. The four buses that have been registered with "LK13" plates are being used on driver training. A `rough' guide, based purely on observations would suggest that 23 of the required 32 have now been delivered. If these totals are anywhere near correct, then the hot question will be whether there will be enough NB4L buses available to start the service on route 24 on Saturday 22nd June???
