What a great series of shots; you really do have the artist's touch, WJ!

I really felt as if I were standing at the bus stop, waiting for those buses to pull up.

The rainy day shots are especially good: they capture a real city mood.

That NF hybrid is sharp looking.

Thanks for sharing! |

				| Thanks guys. WMATA has approx. 94 (9300/9400 series) Metro-B, All Metro-Ds (9700-9800 series) and they lost 1 Metro-E (4000-4100 series). The total is roughly 329 Flx Metros. |

				W.J.,

Very professional!, and Bob is right about the rain capturing the mood - I only wish we could capture that mood here in L. A. but - no rain!

Thanks for another great slideshow.

Who manufactured the "metro extra" bus? It's not a bad looking bus- I assume it's a hybrid. |

Guys - Thanks again for your kind words. I'm always happy to share.

LLE Rebel - The MetroExtra bus is the restyled New Flyer. It's actually a CNG bus (C40LFR). WMATA rec'd 25 of these last year. WMATA also has diesel (D40LFR) and a few hybrid (DE40LFR) verions of the restyled New Flyers. I'll post some pics of WMATA's various New Flyers below.
