this forum has shared many pictures of the buses I like and tons of information about the way the buses drove.
You might call me a bus driver wanabee.
I have driven mostly trucks, cars, pickups, farm equipment, heavy equipment and off road vehicles and yes, military equipment.
I haven't had the chance to drive buses like most of the people here have.
I lived in the country where buses do not roam and when my first chance to drive came there were no old GMCs around so I don't have any interest in driving buses anymore.
I like to read about how the old drivers dealt with certain issues. Issues that only a bus driver would know. I am still considering a driving career but the dominant bus today is the gillig and I'm not fond of those.
